Party Hardy offers "text-able" ordering on selected designs. Text-ables are available for pick-up only. Ordering is very simple:
- Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance - sorry for any inconvenience - We plan to accept same day orders in the near future.
- Choose your design and follow any -brief- listed instructions for that design.
- Text the code to: 360.969.6812 with your name, any design details and pick-up date/time*:

4. Party Hardy will text you a confirmation number in return within an hour or two (if within business hours) along with our pick up address here in Oak Harbor.
5. When picking up, have your confirmation number ready with cash or check made out to Party Hardy.
6. Your awesome balloons will be ready and a receipt will be made out to you.

*Party Hardy assumes no responsibility for any and all orders affected by deflation, oxidation, mis-shaping, "poping" etc. due to failure to pick up at scheduled time**, not transported and/or handled according to Party Hardy's suggestions.
**Rescheduling up to/within 2 hours is available upon request (within business hours). Sorry for any inconvenience.
- "oxidation" is the "chaulkiness" which develops on latex balloons which have been left out for a few hours or days is due to humidity and the "quality" of the ambient air. This process starts almost immediately due to latex balloons being 100% biodegradable.
